As survivors, cultivating peace of mind is crucial to our recoveries. When we’re triggered by, or reminded of, traumatic events we may go into Fight, Flight or Freeze mode. Consistent calming of the nervous system can “re-wire” areas of the brain.
The SAFEAPP Mind component will help you gain control over your central nervous system, which is the key to healing many emotional, as well as physical, imbalances.
